Our History

It all started in 2020 with the desire to transform the reality of LGBTI+ people with disabilities

Vale PCD was born out of the realization that there was no collective addressing the intersectionality of people with disabilities who are LGBTI+, nor was this topic being factored in within the broader community.

We began taking shape inside the TODXS Brasil ambassador program in 2019. In 2020, with support from the Impacto Program, we officially launched Vale and secured the resources to propel the project forward.

Today, our entire executive board and content creators are LGBTI+ individuals with disabilities, making us a benchmark in inclusion and specialized advocacy for both communities.

Our Mission

To foster visibility and inclusion for LGBTI+ people with disabilities within the community through key initiatives and awareness campaigns across social media platforms.

Our Vision

To be a benchmark in accessibility and empower LGBTI+ people with disabilities to socialize within the community, occupying spaces so they can be seen and fully included.

Our Values

Respecting plurality and emphasizing the protagonist role of individuals as social and intersectional subjects.
