Psychotherapy Project

Vale PCD Psychotherapy: Care, Welcoming, and Accessibility

Caring for mental health is an act of resistance, especially when we are part of communities that face daily barriers. Knowing this, our NGO created Vale PCD Psychotherapy, a project designed to offer a safe, accessible, and high-quality space for the PCD and/or LGBTI+ population.

Our mission is to democratize access to psychotherapy, ensuring that our experiences and intersectionalities are respected, understood, and welcomed without judgment.

Our History in Numbers

Since our birth in 2021, the project has been transforming realities and building bridges for emotional well-being. The impact of our work is reflected in the results:

+1,000
people registered and welcomed by the project.
+8,000
psychological consultations completed.
5 years
of continuous dedication to the mental health of our communities.

How It Works

The project offers more affordable psychotherapy sessions, ensuring there are no barriers to self-care and psychological treatment.

"Mental health is not a luxury, it is a right. If you are PCD and/or LGBTI+ and are looking for a therapeutic process that truly sees you as a whole, you are in the right place."
